And a herald proclaimed loudly, "To you it is said, to you peoples, tribes, and languages

And the herald proclaimed aloud, "You are commanded, O peoples, nations, and languages,

Then the herald loudly proclaimed, "This is what you are commanded to do, O peoples, nations and men of every language:
