Jeremiah 48:31

For this reason, I will wail over Moab, and I will cry out to all of Moab, to the men on the brick wall who are lamenting

Therefore I wail for Moab; I cry out for all Moab; for the men of Kir-hareseth I mourn.

Therefore I wail over Moab, for all Moab I cry out, I moan for the men of Kir Hareseth.
