Judges 9:29

I wish that someone would set this people under my hand, so that I might take away Abimelech from their midst." And it was told to Abimelech, "Gather the multitude of an army, and approach.

Would that this people were under my hand! Then I would remove Abimelech. I would say to Abimelech, 'Increase your army, and come out.'"

If only this people were under my command! Then I would get rid of him. I would say to Abimelech, 'Call out your whole army!'"
