Leviticus 27:22

If a field has been bought, and it is not from the possession of ancestors, it shall be sanctified to the Lord

And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;

If he dedicates to the LORD a field that he has bought, which is not a part of his possession,

"'If a man dedicates to the LORD a field he has bought, which is not part of his family land,
