Micah 5:15

And I will exact vengeance, in fury and in indignation, among all the nations which have not listened

And I will execute vengeance in anger and fury upon the heathen, such as they have not heard.

And in anger and wrath I will execute vengeance on the nations that did not obey.

I will take vengeance in anger and wrath upon the nations that have not obeyed me."
