Numbers 5:10

with whatever is offered by each one at the Sanctuary, and which is delivered into the hands of the priest; it shall be his.

And every man's hallowed things shall be his: whatsoever any man giveth the priest, it shall be his.

Each one shall keep his holy donations: whatever anyone gives to the priest shall be his."

Each man's sacred gifts are his own, but what he gives to the priest will belong to the priest.'"
