Zephaniah 3:18

The triflers who withdrew from the law, I will gather together, because they were from you, so that you may no longer suffer disgrace over them

I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden.

I will gather those of you who mourn for the festival, so that you will no longer suffer reproach.

"The sorrows for the appointed feasts I will remove from you; they are a burden and a reproach to you.
