Jude
Jude urges believers to defend their faith against ungodly men who have infiltrated the church, using God's grace as an excuse for immorality and denying Jesus Christ. He reminds them of God's past judgments on unbelievers, including the Israelites and angels, and warns against false teachers who speak evil and live immoral lives. Jude encourages believers to build their faith, pray in the Holy Spirit, and remain in God's love.
Chapter 1
Jude writes to believers, urging them to contend for the faith as certain ungodly men have infiltrated the church, turning God's grace into an excuse for immorality and denying Jesus Christ. He reminds them of God's judgment on unbelievers in the past, including the Israelites who were saved from Egypt but later destroyed for their unbelief, and the angels who left their heavenly positions. Jude also warns against false teachers who speak evil of things they don't understand and live immoral lives, and encourages believers to build themselves up in their faith, pray in the Holy Spirit, and keep themselves in God's love.
